Thursday July 17, 2008 there will be a special 1 1/2 hour sightseeing cruise departing Haverstraw Marina at 12:30 p.m., returning at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday July 22, 2008 there will be a special 2 hour cruise departing Haverstraw Marina at 2:30 p.m., returning at 4:30 p.m. Cost for either cruise is $15 for seniors and children, $17 for adults.Telephone reservations required.

Enjoy a full day cruisie on board the Historic M/V Commander from Haverstraw Marina, while enjoying the delightful scenery past Stony Point Battle Site, Verplanck, Peekskill, Bear Mountain State Park to West Point. There is a short stop at West Point to load passengers for the shorter cruise departing from West Point, then continuing past Constitution Island, Cold Spring, Breakneck Ridge to Bannerman's Island, with its ruined castle, and return to West Point, past Storm King Mountain.
